CuRAK ("we", "us") is operated by Ambersand Creative FZE-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, username (handle), display name, optional first and last name, avatar and bio.
• Content you create: lists, saved places, follows, and any suggestions or messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage analytics.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, to show your public profile and lists to other users, to respond to your messages and suggestions, to keep the service reliable and free of abuse, and to improve what we build.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run CuRAK (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery) and where required by law.

Visibility of your content

Public lists, your username, avatar and bio are visible to anyone. Private lists are visible only to you and, where you choose, to people who follow you. Your first and last name stay private unless you choose to show them.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page; this removes your profile and your lists.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also object to certain processing.
