Who we are

CuRAK is operated by Ambersand Creative FZE-LLC, registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. By using CuRAK you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. Usernames are unique and we may reclaim ones that impersonate others. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Your content

You keep ownership of the lists and text you create. You grant us a licence to host, display and share that content within CuRAK so the service works as intended. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Listings

Every business on CuRAK is vetted by our team before it appears. Details such as opening hours, prices and contact information can change without notice, and inclusion is not an endorsement of any transaction between you and a business. Always confirm directly with the business.

Intellectual property

The CuRAK name, logo, and the design of the service belong to Ambersand Creative FZE-LLC. Business names, logos and photographs remain the property of their owners.

Liability

CuRAK is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or your dealings with any listed business.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
